SV	Toen de knechten van Hadar-ezer zagen, dat zij geslagen waren, voor het aangezicht van Israel, zo maakten zij vrede met David, en dienden hem; en de Syriers wilden de kinderen Ammons niet meer verlossen.
WLC	וַיִּרְא֞וּ עַבְדֵ֣י הֲדַדְעֶ֗זֶר כִּ֤י נִגְּפוּ֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיַּשְׁלִ֥ימוּ עִם־דָּוִ֖יד וַיַּֽעַבְדֻ֑הוּ וְלֹא־אָבָ֣ה אֲרָ֔ם לְהֹושִׁ֥יעַ אֶת־בְּנֵי־עַמֹּ֖ון עֹֽוד׃ פ
Trans.	wayyirə’û ‘aḇəḏê hăḏaḏə‘ezer kî nigəfû lifənê yiśərā’ēl wayyašəlîmû ‘im-dāwîḏ wayy^a‘aḇəḏuhû wəlō’-’āḇâ ’ărām ləhwōšî‘a ’eṯ-bənê-‘ammwōn ‘wōḏ:

AC	יט ויראו עבדי הדדעזר כי נגפו לפני ישראל וישלימו עם דויד ויעבדהו ולא אבה ארם להושיע את בני עמון עוד {ס}
ASV	And when the servants of Hadarezer saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they made peace with David, and served him: neither would the Syrians help the children of Ammon any more.
BE	And when the servants of Hadadezer saw that they were overcome by Israel, they made peace with David and became his servants: and the Aramaeans would give no more help to the children of Ammon.
Darby	And the servants of Hadarezer saw that they were routed before Israel, and they made peace with David, and became his servants. And the Syrians would no more help the children of Ammon.
ELB05	Und als die Knechte Hadaresers sahen, daß sie vor Israel geschlagen waren, da machten sie Frieden mit David und dienten ihm. Und die Syrer wollten den Kindern Ammon nicht mehr helfen.
LSG	Les serviteurs d'Hadarézer, se voyant battus par Israël, firent la paix avec David et lui furent assujettis. Et les Syriens ne voulurent plus secourir les fils d'Ammon.
Sch	Und als die Knechte Hadar-Esers sahen, daß sie vor Israel geschlagen waren, machten sie Frieden mit David und wurden ihm dienstbar. Und die Syrer wollten den Kindern Ammon nicht mehr helfen.
